2. Reservation and Booking Terms
All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance.
By making a reservation, you represent that:

3. Pricing and Payment

4. Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund of the rental amount paid.
Reservations canceled 14 to 29 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund of the rental amount paid.
Reservations canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or booking platform used.
Reservations made through third-party booking platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, Lodgify, or similar services, may also be subject to additional cancellation policies or procedures established by those platforms.
5. Guest Responsibilities and Property Damage
Guests agree to:
- Treat the property with reasonable care and respect.
- Follow all posted property rules and occupancy limits.
- Comply with local laws, regulations, and community requirements.
- Supervise children and guests at all times.
- Secure personal belongings during their stay.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or other costs resulting from the actions of themselves or any member of their party during their stay.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Damage to furnishings, fixtures, appliances, or recreational equipment
- Missing items
- Excessive cleaning requirements
- Unauthorized pets or guests
- Violations of property rules
Grand Lake Rentals reserves the right to charge the guest for repair, replacement, cleaning, or other related costs necessary to restore the property to its condition prior to occupancy.
6. Use of Amenities and Recreational Equipment
Certain properties may offer amenities and recreational equipment, including but not limited to:
- Kayaks

- Paddleboards
- Fishing equipment
- Docks
- Fire pits
- Hot tubs

Use of these amenities is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess the appropriate skill level, physical condition, and safety equipment necessary for participation in recreational activities.
Grand Lake Rentals is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage arising from the use of recreational equipment or amenities.
7. Property Access and Maintenance
Grand Lake Rentals or its authorized representatives may access a property when reasonably necessary for:
- Emergency situations

- Maintenance or repairs
- Compliance with applicable laws

8. Pets
Pet policies vary by property.
Where pets are permitted, guests are responsible for:
- Cleaning up after their pets
